We are late starting today due to issues getting a vehicle and access badges, we're now going to move half the core network to our new facility ad hope to complete that for 3PM CDT.

After that we will begin to migrate server nodes, at this time we estimate downtime to start at around half 3/4PM CDT, with them coming back online ideally for 6PM CDT however it might be later.

Please join our discord for more frequent updates, we'll try to update here every hour.

We are now migrating the core network over to the new facility, we aim to have this complete for 4PM.

Our core network has now been migrated and we have internet at the new facility, we will now start migrating servers.

Migration has began and we're making good progress on the deracking of our systems at the old facility.

We are on track to get things back online for around 9PM.

2nd August 2023, 20:00 CDT

The rest of our network is now online at the new facility and we've starting racking servers, you should see your services start to come back online.

An issue has been identified with one of our public access switches that gives the internet to servers, we're currently working out a solution.

The switch appears to be broken and fixing it will take too long, to get everyone back online we're going to temporarily repurpose our remote access switch as the public access switch, they are the same model so service will not be degraded.

Majority of services are now back online, if you are not seeing your services online please submit a ticket or mention it on discord to us.

We have now left the facility after confirming everything is online, we will be back in Friday/Saturday to finish up the move.

We will start our Chicago datacenter move tomorrow, 2nd August 2023 at about 9am CDT.

This will begin with moving half our network core to ensure minimal downtime, once this is functional at the new facility we will begin to move our server nodes. Current estimate of this is that the new facility will be up at around midday, then we will being to migrate the servers.

We plan to be fully migrated by 5/6pm CDT.
